❇️ Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) is a type of psychotherapy offered by trained mental health professionals, which can help clients who are suffering mental and emotional health problems, and who struggle with issues of shame and self-criticism.

❇️ Clients who can feel overwhelmed by strong emotions, are assisted towards feeling kinder and more compassionate toward themselves and others, and through this process achieving a feeling of safety and wellbeing and improved relations with others.
