Dr Ceara Osleger is a clinical psychologist working with adults and children in Bedfordshire. She is accredited with the BPS, HCPC and ICO.
Ceara’s special interests include anxiety disorders (general/ health/ social anxiety, panic, OCD and phobias), stress management, recovery from traumatic events and parenting (with additional expertise in parenting children with neurodevelopmental differences).
As a fully qualified clinical psychologist, Ceara is trained in a number of evidence-based therapeutic models. She draws on skills in areas such as CBT, ACT, CFT, IPNB and EMDR to develop tailor-made packages of therapy to address individual needs.
With a background of working in neurodevelopmental and learning disability services, Ceara is also able to offer assessment and support to individuals with a range of neurodevelopmental conditions and their families.
