I’m a Holistic massage practitioner and a trainee body psychotherapist with Cambridge Body Psychotherapy Centre and preparing for accreditation and registration with UKCP.

I have been fascinated by the body and movement for most of my life. Exploring movement through many years of Martial Arts and Yoga practice later moving into Bodywork and Psychotherapy.

My work and approach is all body-centred. Our lives, experience, thoughts and feelings shape our bodies and vice versa, in working with the body we can affect changes in how we relate to ourselves and others.

I offer Body-Psychotherapy, a long term depth therapy that explores an individuals life, relationships and experiences and how they shape and impact the body and being in the world. This type of work is suitable for individuals that have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction and relational difficulties.

Alongside my work as a Psychotherapist I offer holistic and deep tissue massage treatments. The intention is to support relaxation and wellbeing which can help reduce stress & anxiety, improve sleep, release tight muscles and soft tissue and improve overall wellbeing.

Biodynamic massage is a series of weekly treatments over 6 weeks focusing on improving emotional wellbeing, breath and movement.
