Coaches focus on the present time and the coach acts as a facilitator to the client in focusing on learning and development of skills and approaches to improve their own performance, tailored to the client’s individual needs.

Rather than teaching, the coach supports and empowers the client to find their answers and build awareness of competence levels, and work upon building the stages of these to reach their own potential.
