A Note From Freena:

When working therapeutically, it’s important for me to understand your unique experiences and difficulties. This ensures that your treatment is tailored to your specific needs. Typically, my approach is short-term, offering six to eight sessions in the first instance, then we can review where you are in relation to your goals.

I use a variety of different approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Attachment-Based interventions and Parenting interventions, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. I will always consider the latest evidence in approaches relating to the presentation being treated. This has involved working with a wide range of emotional wellbeing and mental health difficulties. I use evidence-based treatments and interventions to support the best possible outcomes for you them to meet your goals.

If you’d like to find out more about how I can help, feel free to drop me a line directly via the contact form on this page.
