My initial consultation involves you telling me more about yourself, such as what brings you to therapy, what you are struggling with, your aims, goals and expectations, as well as significant experiences/memories that you feel are affecting your life

I will tell you about how I work and you will have an opportunity to ask me questions.

You will then have time to decide whether we are a match and if you would like to carry on working together. You don’t have to commit to working with me on the spot. I will also be able to tell you if I think I am the right person to help you.
